Congratulations to Thomas and Teddy for their impressive fundraising efforts over the summer break!
On August 16th, the boys, accompanied by their dad, completed a hike up Snowdon to raise money and awareness for Henry’s Hills, a charity that supports Duchenne UK (muscular dystrophy). This cause is particularly meaningful to them as Henry is a close friend. The charity is dedicated to driving research and making a real impact on the lives of children with this condition and their families.
Thomas and Teddy walked a total of 7.5 miles, climbing an elevation of 725 meters. They chose the Pyg Track for the ascent and the Miner's Track for the descent, both of which are among the more challenging routes. They completed the hike in an impressive 7 hours and raised over £1,000 for the charity!
Well done, Thomas and Teddy!
