This week, three of our students showcased their remarkable talent at the Hampshire Schools Golf Championship, with Sam Gill, Henry Wignall, and Addi Smith securing spots in the top 15 of the U18 nett category. This achievement is particularly notable given that all three players are still competing in the U16 age group, with Addi shining brightly by finishing in 2nd place in the Nett competition. Their outstanding performances reflect the growing strength and skill of the Sherfield golf squad.
In addition, we are proud to share that former Sherfield golf squad member Fred Gill achieved 2nd place overall in the prestigious U18 nett category, highlighting his continued development and success since graduating from our program last year. These achievements underscore the dedication and talent within our golfing community.
