Congratulations to Daisy for competing for the first time at the senior level for Basingstoke in the National Athletics League in Yeovil on 2nd June. She excelled in the 800m, finishing in first place with a time of 2:14.17!
On June 7th, she competed in the British Milers Club (BMC) Gold Standard Grand Prix held at Birmingham University, where she again came in first place. She smashed her season best by 4 seconds, winning the race with a time of 2:10.97, which also met the qualifying standard for the English Schools competition in Birmingham this July.
