Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Stonehenge. They thought about how and why the stones came to be there; how the site has changed over time and how archaeologists and historians uncover facts from history.
The children also took part in some fun practical activities such as creating their own reed bracelets and using the wattle and daub method to make a fence. We all had a fantastic time and even enjoyed a little sunshine while we were there!
