Sherfield marked Remembrance Day with the laying of stones. Alfie, Prep School Head Boy, invited all pupils to paint a stone with a poppy.
The designs were creative, beautifully painted and and truly reflected the spirit of remembrance. Following a virtual assembly and observation of the two minute silence, pupils laid their stones and took some time to reflect and give thanks.
It was wonderful to see children from Nursery through to Sixth Form being part of the day.
