This Week in the Kitchen

This week in the dining hall Solent Butchers joined us for a Sausage tasting Butcher demo. The students really enjoyed tasting the different varieties of sausages and comparing the different flavours.

Our chef prepared a “Chef’s Special” this afternoon to celebrate St David’s Day, this included Welsh Cawl and Mashed Potato (Lamb and Vegetable Stew).

Next week our Chefs will be preparing some special treats for Pancake Day and adapting the menu on World Book Day to include some familiar dishes from our favourite novels!
