The annual 'Dash for Ash' 5k run

    07 June 2018

The annual 'Dash for Ash' is upon us once again and in the calendar for Saturday 16th June. For those of you that don’t know about this event, Richard Ash was the Boarding Parent and Partnerships Coordinator at the school. He was a great friend to many of us and an inspiration to the students. Ash unfortunately lost a very short battle with cancer four years ago and ever since we have done a charity 5k run around teh school grounds in aid of Marie Curie, the charity of his choosing. This event is normally very well attended by pupils, parents and past students and is open to everyone.

The schedule for the day:

11.00 - Arrival

11.30 - Run

Holroyd Howe will provide a BBQ and cold drinks with all profits going to Marie Curie.

If you would like to sign up in advance please contact Claire Huyton via the Main Reception. It is also possible to sign up on the day. We ask for a minimum of £10 donation for Marie Curie to take part. This can be paid on the day or via the Just Giving link below:

We look forward to welcoming you all!
