On Tuesday Year 2.1 celebrated pancake day! The children used their measurement skills to measure all the ingredients and then cooked their own pancakes.
Before they ate them, they had to solve a BIG problem, there was not enough pancakes for everyone! They practised their fractions and in the end, they all decided that everyone could have ¾ of a pancake. Great problem solving Year 2!
