Within the Global Citizenship Enrichment they are learning about Environmental Sustainability. The pupils enjoyed a virtual trip to a dairy farm in Wales to meet the cows and calves and learn more about the milking process. The pupils were also giving the opportunity to make butter from cream whilst watching the tour of the farm. To finish the session the pupils enjoyed their homemade butter on a crusty baguette!
