Year 10 have been focusing on Mental Health in PSHE this term. They have studied the stigma attached to mental health problems and factors which may influence a person’s mental health. This week, they practised their communication skills in a back-to-back exercise, where one pupil was the ‘communicator’ and the other was the ‘listener’, showing how important it is to be able to talk about mental health issues.
