Sherfield's Outdoor Learning Festival
Families attending our Open Morning will have access to Sherfield’s Outdoor Learning Festival, hosted on the same day. Children are very welcome and encouraged to attend with their families. After exploring the school and seeing outdoor learning in action, families can stay and enjoy the festival atmosphere, food, drinks and activities together.

If you're considering Sherfield School for Year 7 entry in September 2027, our Year 7 Discovery Day is the perfect opportunity to experience life as a Sherfield pupil. Spend the day alongside our current Year 6 pupils, getting to know your future classmates while taking part in an exciting CSI Escape Challenge. Designed to encourage teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving, it's a fun, immersive experience that showcases the collaborative spirit of Sherfield. As part of the day, pupils will also complete their Year 7 assessment in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Refreshments, snacks and lunch are all included, ensuring everyone can focus on enjoying the day. Whether you're already familiar with Sherfield or visiting us for the first time, our Year 7 Discovery Day offers a genuine insight into our community, teaching and the friendships that make our school such a special place.
