Camp Sherfield is a multi-adventure holiday camp for children in Years 1–7, running throughout the school holidays and open to both Sherfield School pupils and children from the local community.
Set within the safe and inspiring surroundings of Sherfield School, Camp Sherfield gives children the chance to stay active, discover new interests, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy an unforgettable school holiday experience.
A different adventure every day
Our multi-adventure programme is all about variety. Children can enjoy a fantastic mix of activities throughout the week, including:
- Sports & active games – football, dodgeball, cricket, lacrosse, racket sports and more
- Team challenges – problem-solving, competitions, relays and team-building activities
- Creative activities – arts, crafts, design challenges and opportunities to get creative
- Outdoor adventures – energetic outdoor games, challenges, treasure hunts and exploration
- Camp favourites – group games, themed activities and plenty of opportunities to try something new
Activities are adapted to suit different ages and abilities, helping every child get involved and have a brilliant time at camp.

Every day offers something different to enjoy. From action-packed games and sporting challenges to opportunities to get creative, work as a team and try something new, the programme is designed to keep children active, engaged and entertained throughout the day. The camp team creates a fun, welcoming environment where every child can get involved, build confidence, make new friends and have a fantastic time during the school holidays. Join us for a fun-filled Christmas Holiday at Camp Sherfield! Open to children in Years 1–7, Christmas Camp offers exciting sports, team challenges, festive fun, creative activities, competitions, and camp favourites. Each day is different! With Christmas-themed activities, games, sporting challenges, festive crafts and team competitions, there are amazing opportunities to get creative, work together, try something new and get into the festive spirit. Our programme keeps children active, engaged and entertained each day. Our camps team will welcome your child into a fun, festive environment and encourage their participation to help them build confidence, make new friends, and have a fabulous time during the Christmas holidays. A full day of fun - with flexibility for parents
08:00 am - Camp opens
9:20 am - Main activity programme begins
4:30 pm - Main activity programme finishes
6:00 pm - Camp closes
Our extended opening hours give parents extra flexibility around drop-off and collection, while children enjoy a full day at camp.
Whether your child is sporty, creative, adventurous, or simply loves being with others, they will have a fantastic time at Sherfield!

| Sherfield camps run Monday to Friday, and are closed on weekends. |
| What does my child need to bring to camp? |
| Please bring a healthy, nut-free packed lunch, snacks, and a reusable water bottle. Campers need to be dressed and ready for all types of weather! |
| How do I book a place at camp? |
| Bookings are processed on our partner website, Pebble. Click here to be taken to the website. |
| What happens if my child becomes unwell or has an accident? |
| Our staff are first aid trained, and the local hospital in Basingstoke is only 12 minutes away. We’ll contact you right away if your child needs medical attention, and we’ll stay in touch until they’re feeling better. |
| What kind of food is served, and can you handle allergies or special diets? |
| Campers will enjoy freshly prepared food each day, and we happily cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific diets. Just tell us your child’s needs on the health form so we can plan ahead. |
