Term-Time Facility Hire

Available 6pm–8pm | Minimum hire 1 hour | All prices + VAT

Bring your event, class or activity to life in our well-equipped and beautifully maintained spaces.

Our Term-Time Facilities:

  • Auditorium – £50 per hour
    A bright, modern space ideal for performances, presentations, dance, music rehearsals and community events.

  • Courtyard Studio – £50 per hour
    A versatile, contemporary studio perfect for fitness classes, drama groups, workshops or creative sessions.

  • Sports Hall – £60 per hour
    A full-size, multi-purpose hall suitable for clubs, training, coaching and indoor sports.

  • MUGA – £60 per hour
    Our high-quality Multi-Use Games Area offers an excellent surface for football, netball, and a variety of team sports.

  • Grass Pitches (Football/Rugby/Cricket) – £35 per hour
    Beautifully kept natural pitches in a tranquil parkland setting.

  • Tennis/Hard Courts – £15 per court per hour
    Well-maintained courts for coaching, practice, or club use.

Booking Requirements

We kindly request 21 days’ notice for all bookings and cancellations.
Payment is required in advance. Cancellation charges apply if sufficient notice is not provided.

Weekends & Non-Term Time Hire

Day hire: 8am–4pm | Residential hire available (subject to availability)

During school holidays and weekends, Sherfield opens up its wider campus for full-day events, longer programmes and residential experiences. With acres of sweeping grounds, modern boarding houses and flexible learning spaces, the school becomes the perfect location for camps, retreats, training courses and large group bookings.

Additional Facilities Available Outside Term Time:

  • Boarding Accommodation – £60 per person (dual occupancy), max 75 guests
    Comfortable, secure and modern boarding facilities ideal for camps, residentials and training weeks.

  • Classrooms, Library & Dining Hall – £35 per hour
    Bright, fully equipped learning spaces suitable for workshops, conferences and educational programmes.

  • Grounds Hire – Price on request
    Expansive parkland and woodland areas ideal for activity days, outdoor learning and large-scale events. (Please note: we are not currently offering wedding hire.)

  • Catering, Equipment Hire, Security & Set-Up Costs – Price dependent on needs
    Our team will work with you to tailor your booking and ensure all requirements are met.

Residential Booking Requirements

For residential stays, we ask for a minimum of 6 months’ notice.
As with all bookings, cancellation charges apply.
