Year 5 have been getting rhythmic and composing their own rhythm grids, which they performed in groups.
Starting with simple clapping, pupils then transferred their rhythms onto instruments such as djembe and wood block.
There have been some especially funky beats and the pupils have learnt the importance of careful listening, keeping a steady pulse and counting rests!
