Thank you for choosing Sherfield School for your child. In order to register you child and book a taster day, please fill in the details below and submit the form which will be sent directly to our Admissions team.

You will also need to email admissions - admissions@sherfieldschool.co.uk - with a copy of your child's passport photo page or birth certificate and recent school reports.

One form should be completed for each child. Please note that both parents/legal guardians must tick and sign this form.

In order for us to accept your registration you will also be required to pay the registration fee of £100 or £150 for those needing a Child Student visa. Click here to view the School's bank details.

Declaration

We/I hereby submit our application and payment of the Registration Fee to Sherfield School. We/I acknowledge that a place will only be offered once our/my child has taken entry assessments and interview and a satisfactory reference from his or her current school has been received and all obligations have been met. A deposit will be required to secure a formally offered place. The deposit is refunded with the last’s term’s fees providing there are no outstanding debts and the pupil has attended Sherfield for at least three terms.

If you are not seeking the school to sponsor the candidate under Tier 4, please note that in completing this form, you confirm that the candidate has the unconditional right to enter, live and study in the UK for the duration of the education offered by the school. Sherfield School reserves the right to share information with the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the Home Office as part of our compliance as a licensed sponsor.

Failure to give correct information will constitute a material breach of any agreement(s) entered into between Sherfield School and you in relation to the education of the candidate entitling Sherfield School to terminate all and any such agreement(s) without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid.
