If you do your best, you will succeed
In recognition of students’ ACHEIVEMENT, CONSISTENCY and putting full EFFORT into their work, ACE awards will be given to those pupils who strengthen the Sherfield Spirit with their positive attitude.
As well as receiving a certificate they will be entered into a half termly draw. The prizes to be won will be chosen by the students - pupils are encouraged to add their suggestions to the lists held by tutors.
Some of the ways that ACE awards can be won are:
- Consistent hard work
- Always completing homework to the best of their ability
- Achieving their target in end of topic tests and exams
- Displaying a positive attitude to their learning
Parents help their children to continue to achieve by checking and signing their planners on a weekly basis. This helps to keep communication channels open between home and school to ensure that every student can develop to their fullest potential.
