Pupils from Year 6 upwards use comprehensive web-based packages that provide progressive development in careers education. At the end of Year 10 pupils undergo full psychometric profiling in order to gain a thorough understanding of their stengths and abilities so that they can make informed decisions with regard to higher education and careers.
